At Riverside Pre-School Services, we are proud to offer a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 9 months to 4 years. Since opening our doors in September 2025, our term-time-only setting has provided high-quality early years education that helps children build confidence, explore freely, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
We believe that each child is unique, and we are passionate about supporting their emotional, social, and cognitive development through meaningful play, secure relationships, and a calm, engaging atmosphere.
A Message from the Proprietor
“As a mother and an early years professional, I know how vital it is to find the right setting—one where you feel your child is not just safe, but truly cared for.
Riverside Pre-School Services was born from my personal and professional journey. After experiencing the challenges of balancing parenting with a demanding career, I wanted to create a preschool that offers flexibility, affordability, and exceptional quality. A space where children can flourish—and families can feel at ease, knowing their little ones are receiving the best possible start.
Since opening our doors in 2025, it has been our privilege to welcome local families into a nurturing, inclusive, and enriching environment. We are excited for the journey ahead and can’t wait to welcome you and your child to Riverside.”

A little bit about us . . .
Riverside Pre-School Services is an early years setting offering care and education for children from 9 months up to 4 years old, during school term times only. Our approach is centred on play-based, child-led learning, where every child is given the time and space to develop at their own pace.
We provide a calm, inclusive, and engaging environment where children feel secure, happy, and motivated to explore. Our team works closely with families to build strong partnerships and ensure that each child’s individual needs are fully supported, every step of the way.
Our daily routines are carefully designed to be consistent and comforting, while offering plenty of variety—from sensory play and creative exploration to stories, songs, outdoor learning, and early foundations in communication, social skills, and independence.
We are pleased to offer 15 and 30 hours of funded childcare for eligible families, including for children aged 9 months, 2, 3, and 4 years. Our aim is to make high-quality early education accessible, flexible, and inclusive for all.

With over 78 years of combined experience in Early Years Education, our management team places a strong emphasis on professional development. All of our staff attend regular training to deepen their knowledge and understanding, ensuring we stay at the forefront of best practices in child development.
